Where all do you have houses for sale?
IMG has homes located virtually all across the country, all except for
Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands. For current listings please refer to our

, click on home listings and double click on the state you are interested
in purchasing in. Homes will be sorted alphabetically by city name.
How long does it take receive clear
title on a home we purchase from you?
Typically it takes us 3-4 weeks to deliver the MH title, although some states are
quicker.
Can the homes you sell be moved?
All homes that we sell are sold on an as is where is basis to investors or to wholesale
buyers. We make no arrangements or guarantees to have the home moved, however the
buyer at his or her discretion can do so.
Does this home come with land?
We currently sell both types of homes. What the industry refers to as "chattel"
or home only as well as the "Land & Home" package. Each home we sell is different
so please be sure to state to your sales associate which type you are looking for.
Although the land transactions are typically larger dollar purchases many feel they
are a better deal because you won’t have to rent the land.
Do you have pictures?
You should be able to access our pictures from our website unless there is a delay
in our listing. We should also have more pictures on our server. Since we deal with
homes across the country it is impetrative that you let us know, 1) How you found
our listing & 2) The exact address of the property. We will be more than happy
to email pictures of the home to you.
